Okay, so we’ve recently gotten back into collecting comics.
It’s been waaaay too long.
Did you know there are like 75845769 X-titles that have come out? Including like 4775 that are just called “X-Men” in some variation.
So I get to learn about Rick’s Power Girl fetish and he gets to learn about my Longshot fetish.
Rick, of course, tries to find me interesting things about Longshot/Art Adams and finds an article where Adams talks about what he based Longshot’s mullet on. I hear and immediately commence to LOL-ing.
Rick doesn’t know what Kajagoogoo looked like and doesn’t understand the relevance until I show him the picture:

There are too many comics out there now and I’m sadly behind on my Excalibur. But I did pick up the new Eternals limited series writtem by Gaiman, and it’s pretty good.
Also, this is mine now:
So… new Star Trek TOS movie in two years.

They’ve cast Kirk already.
I think this YTMND sums it up perfectly.
Now, who are they casting as Spock? Ben Affleck?
