So, since OKC is evidently the 9th most obese city in the U.S., the mayor decided to put the city on a diet!
Good for him , getting more healthy, blah blah blah.
Well, the good people of OKC accepted the challenge and have lost over 100,000 pounds collectively.
Time for a reward?
Oh hell yeah, but let’s do it Oklahoma style with…
RFJason once again proves that he is, indeed, a fine internet service with the introduction of MOTIMAKER!

That’s right, add a picture & type in your text and this nifty gizmo makes a “motivational poster” for you.
I see countless uses for this. Thanks, Jason!
Well, that was pretty damn good.
A LOT better than the first one, and better than Hulk & Iron Man. Personally, I liked Hellboy 2 just a smidgen better, but that’s me.
The Joker was actually brillinatly done by the dead gay cowboy actor, even if it wasn’t my favorite dapper dandy Joker.
The Dark Knight = A+
Terminator Salvation teaser = A+
WATCHMEN TRAILER ON THE BIG SCREEN WITH GLOWING BLUE PEEN = A+++++++ OMG
Oh, also there was a trailer for The Day the Earth Stood Still remake.
In a packed theater as soon as Keanu Reeves came on screen, everyone started laughing.
And it was supposed to be a serious scene. That was awesome.
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

OMG OMG OMG OMG!
I see absolutely NOTHING wrong with it! And believe me, I was skeptical.
This is gonna be awesome.
You know, you really don’t expect to walk out of a Guillermo del Toro movie with a Barry Manilow song stuck in your head.
That was the best movie I’ve seen yet this season! Loved it loved it loved it!
I actually liked it better than Iron Man or Hulk.
Rick disagrees with me, but he’s more comic booky, superheroey and I’m more supernatural creaturey.
I suppose I should actually read the graphic novels sometime, huh?
Oh – we have stucco:

And windows! And we picked out our granite slab last week.
About 8 weeks until closing!
Also, when we were leaving the movie theater, we saw this:

I lolled pretty hard.
I’m still wondering exactly how many crpls constitutes a cru because we didn’t wait around for them to come out.
God that sucked.
TWO DOCTORS AND A HALF HUMAN HALF TIMELORD WOMAN! THIS WILL MAKE THE FANGIRLS HAPPY!
OH, AND LET’S MAKE THE USELESS CHARACTER DESTROY ALL THE DALEKS WHEN TWO DOCTORS CAN’T!
Shit. I’d better stop now, because if I listed all the stupid parts of that finale, I’d be here all night.
Jesus, I guess the “T.” in Russell T. Davies stands for “Terrible”.
Even Tennant’s acting had a hard time with this travesty.
Best thing about the whole damn episode was K-9.
Oh, and getting rid of Davies’ handy dandy plot device “the hand”.
Martha & Jack always make me happy, though.
Hopefully Stephen Moffat can dig the series out of the pit that it’s fallen into, because it’s almost unwatchable now.
(Moffat is brilliant – as evidenced by Blink and Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead.)
Youtube is good for finding the introduction to your absolute favorite teevee show from when you were a kid!
This is Jasper.
If she’s not adopted when we close on our house, we’re gonna put in an adoption application for her.

I really don’t know if she’ll still be there though; Chartreaux are a pretty rare breed.
